Who's behind PawPawCare.
PawPawCare is built by a pet owner who got tired of losing vaccine cards and second-guessing dose dates. The goal is simple: make the easy-to-forget parts of pet health effortless — without turning your pet's data into someone else's business.
Founder: Ahmed Chioua — I built PawPawCare out of love for the animals who share my home. After one too many "wait, when was that booster due?" scrambles, I wanted every pet looked after with the same care and attention they give back to us — nothing forgotten, nothing buried in a drawer. What is PawPawCare?
PawPawCare is a free pet health tracker app for iOS and Android that keeps every pet's vaccinations, medications, weight trends, and vet records in one calm place. Instead of scattered paper cards, photos, and calendar alerts, you get one profile per pet with due-soon vaccine reminders, medication schedules with dose logging, and plain-language weight insights. A records vault stores clinic visits and documents, and its AI intake reads a photographed vaccination card, prescription, or invoice and extracts the details for you to review before anything is saved. You can share a read-only link with your vet or pet sitter, co-own pets with family, and follow a community feed for pet owners. It's built for multi-pet households — dogs, cats, and everyone in between — and is currently in a free early-access preview ahead of the app-store launch.
Is PawPawCare free?
Yes — the early-access preview is completely free, with no card required and no trial clock. Join the waitlist, get your invite, and you have the full app: multi-pet profiles, vaccine and medication tracking, weight trends, the records vault with AI scanning, vet and sitter sharing, and the community feed. When PawPawCare launches publicly, the core tracking you rely on — vaccines, medications, weights, and reminders — stays free. Some power-user features may later become part of an optional paid plan, but we'll always be clear about what's included before anything changes, and preview members will get plenty of notice. We'd rather earn a subscription with features worth paying for than lock away the basics of keeping your pet healthy.
When does it launch?
We're onboarding waitlist members in small batches right now, ahead of the app-store launch. Join the waitlist and your invite comes with the next batch.
Is it for iOS or Android?
Both. The preview runs on iOS and Android.
Is my pet's data private?
Yes — your pet's records are yours, and we never sell your data. There are no data brokers and no advertising networks in PawPawCare. Sharing is always something you switch on: vet share links and caretaker pages are read-only, expire on a schedule you choose, and can be revoked at any moment. Documents you scan are processed only to extract the details you review, and are not used to train AI models. Data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections, passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and sessions use short-lived tokens. On this website, analytics load only if you accept the cookie banner — decline and nothing is set.
